Terms of Service

The service

The Matmidim Club provides schools with a rewards platform for extra Torah learning: points, badges, leaderboards, goals, certificates and a prize store ("Shuk"). The service is provided as-is and may improve or change over time.

Accounts

• Staff accounts are created by the school's director or admins, or through an invitation. Staff are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials private.
• Student accounts are created and managed by school staff. Students may not create their own accounts.
• Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts they create and for removing access when someone leaves the school.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for its purpose: encouraging and tracking Torah learning.
• Do not attempt to access another school's data or another user's account.
• Do not upload inappropriate content. Staff review and may remove uploaded proofs, images and other content.
• Points, badges and prizes have no cash value and are managed entirely by each school.

School responsibilities

Each school supervises its own students' use of the service, sets its own point values and prizes, and is responsible for honoring the prizes it offers in the Shuk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, The Matmidim Club is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
